After spending over 16 years mastering her skills as a traditional Vietnamese cuisine culinary artist in Southern Vietnam, Chef Lady Dan decided to make the bold decision to move to Melbourne, Australia to establish Lady Dan Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine Restaurant on the 17th of July 2019 together with her husband.
Through her years of experience, Lady Dan has developed a deep understanding of Vietnamese ingredients, and has mastered her cooking techniques which bring out the best flavour of various Vietnamese delicacies. You'll want to try every item on the menu.
